The reminder is off until you switch it on inside the app. If it is on and still quiet, open iPhone Settings → Notifications → Hulmeko and make sure notifications are allowed. Focus modes can also hold it back.
Not at the moment. Everything you save stays on the device you saved it on — there is no account, no sync and no export. Deleting the app also deletes the days you have saved, so keep it installed if you want to keep your history.
That is only so the share sheet can put the image into your library when you choose “Save Image”. The app never reads your existing photos. If you said no earlier, you can change it in Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos.
